This pre-registration is for NEW players only. Do not use it for a returning or existing CSYS player. No payment is collected online. You may upload documents now or bring them to in-person registration.

• Household contact email, mobile phone, and residential address.
• Proof of address (utility bill, lease, etc.) for upload or in-person review.
• Proof of age for each player (birth certificate, passport, etc.) for upload or in-person review.
• Proof of Coral Springs school enrollment, when applicable, for upload or in-person review.
• Parent/guardian acknowledgment for the standard CSYS disclaimers.
